All prices are in United States Dollars.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa or bank transfer. Full payment is usually required in advance to shipping. Where payment on delivery is required please contact us. This is offered at our discretion and is subject to a 7% handling fee.
3. Refunds
You may contact us to request a refund via telephone or email.
Where we are required to refund your payment due to your order being rejected, cancelled, or we have approved your request for a refund, or for any other reason, we will use our best endeavours to process your refund within a timely manner. Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. The time it takes for you to actually receive a refund may depend on how quickly your financial institutions processes the refund.
4. Production Lead Time
Production lead time on all our products can be up to 45 days. Usually we will be able to produce your goods in a shorter time, and recommend that you email us to check current lead times prior to placing your order. In some cases unforeseen circumstances may determine that we are unable meet the agreed time frame, in which case we will attempt to contact you to offer the option of a full refund.
5. Delivery
Goods will be shipped via DHL express.Shipping time to most international destinations is 7-10 days.
6. Import taxes and Duties
All import taxes, duties and other costs related to importation of the goods are payable by the receiver.
