The quickest way to purchase SoundTraps is using your credit card. Our online store accepts Visa and Mastercard purchases up to a value of US$50000. If your requirement is urgent please email us first to check the current production lead time.
Getting a quotation
To generate a quotation please use our online store. Select the items you require then proceed to checkout and select the ‘proforma invoice’ payment option. This will generate and email you a proforma invoice which can be used as a quotation. Note this does not commit you to purchase.
Confirming an order
Once ready to go ahead with your order, please email us to check the current production lead time and confirm the order. Keep in mind that we require payment in advance and the production lead time starts from receipt of payment. It is important to let us know you are going ahead so that we can look out for your payment.
Once the order is confirmed
Once payment is received you will receive email notification that the order has been accepted and is now in production. This will be followed by shipping notification including consignment tracking details. Shipping time to most locations is typically 6-10 days. Depending on your location you may be contacted by DHL for payment of sales taxes or duties – it is up to the buyer to investigate these prior placing the order.
